For this project involving mold in the attic of a 28x55 home, our team provided both mitigation and reconstruction services. Despite previous remediation two years ago, the mold had returned and covered approximately one-third of the ceiling rafters. We began by containing the attic space to prevent the spread of mold spores throughout the home. The existing mold was carefully removed from the ceiling rafters using HEPA vacuums and specialized cleaning solutions designed to eliminate mold and mildew. The team also addressed any underlying moisture issues, such as poor ventilation or leaks, to prevent future growth. After the mold was remediated, we treated the affected areas with antimicrobial agents to ensure long-term protection. For reconstruction, damaged insulation, drywall, or any other compromised materials were replaced. We also improved the attic's ventilation to help regulate moisture levels, preventing mold recurrence. The attic was fully restored to a clean, mold-free condition, and the home was left safe, sanitized, and ready for use.

For this water loss project, our team responded to a burst line on the second floor that caused water to flow down into the kitchen and further into the unfinished basement. The water affected the second-floor carpets, the kitchen ceiling, and the basement. We began by assessing the damage and identifying the source of the water. The wet carpets on the second floor were removed and dried with industrial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers. In the kitchen, the ceiling was removed due to water saturation, and the area was thoroughly dried and sanitized to prevent mold growth. In the unfinished basement, we checked for water damage on the floors and walls. Moisture readings were taken to ensure proper drying. Dehumidifiers were used to pull moisture from the air, and air movers helped expedite the drying process. Antimicrobial treatments were applied to the affected surfaces to prevent any potential issues.

For this project, our team addressed significant water damage caused by 8 feet of flooding in an unfinished basement with block and concrete walls. The homeowner had already pumped out the water and begun removing contents, which allowed us to focus on mitigation and drying. We started by assessing the structural integrity of the basement, including the block and concrete surfaces. Moisture detection tools were used to check for hidden water in the walls and floors. Our team used industrial dehumidifiers and air movers to thoroughly dry the space, preventing further damage and the growth of mold or mildew. We also treated the affected areas with antimicrobial agents to ensure the basement remained clean and free from harmful bacteria. Once the space was dried and sanitized, it was left ready for reconstruction or further repairs as needed.
