Why did the customer contact us?

Line burst upstairs. Water ran down into kitchen then into unfinished basement. 2nd floor carpets wet. Kitchen ceiling down

Solutions provided:

For this water loss project, our team responded to a burst line on the second floor that caused water to flow down into the kitchen and further into the unfinished basement. The water affected the second-floor carpets, the kitchen ceiling, and the basement.

We began by assessing the damage and identifying the source of the water. The wet carpets on the second floor were removed and dried with industrial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers. In the kitchen, the ceiling was removed due to water saturation, and the area was thoroughly dried and sanitized to prevent mold growth.

In the unfinished basement, we checked for water damage on the floors and walls. Moisture readings were taken to ensure proper drying. Dehumidifiers were used to pull moisture from the air, and air movers helped expedite the drying process. Antimicrobial treatments were applied to the affected surfaces to prevent any potential issues.
