• Comment: I've used Panhandle Restoration a couple of times for various flooding issues, and my experiences have generally been positive. The first crew I encountered prior was extremely professional and courteous, addressing every question and concern I had, no matter how small.
  
  Unfortunately, my experience last night was quite different. The technician, RJ, did not meet my expectations. It took almost 2 hours for him to arrive after I called, and when I followed up, he mentioned that he was waiting at his shop for someone else to arrive. This delay was frustrating and felt unacceptable.
  
  Moreover, RJ's attitude was disappointing. It seemed as if we were inconveniencing him by calling for assistance, which was a stark contrast to the eager and helpful demeanor I had experienced with Panhandle Restoration in the past.
  
  The reason this review is getting three stars instead of a lower rating is due to the crew that came out today. They were awesome, respectful, professional, and eager to help, effectively saving the situation
