- Comment: Working at Panhandle, I am used to being on the receiving end of calls for assistance. But last week, I found myself on the other side when we came home to a flooded basement, thanks to a supply line disconnecting from our refrigerator. Panhandle arrived within the hour and quickly pumped the water down, and set fans and dehumidifiers. The next morning, the floor was dry. It absolutely feels overwhelming when something like this happens, but when the Panhandle team arrived, they knew exactly what to do and had the necessary equipment do it.
