Used this company when I was moving out of my apartment for carpet cleaning. Scheduling was very easy and quick. On the day of service they showed up, we’re super professional and got the job done quickly. They were very affordable and even helped get stains out of the carpet from my 4 year old.

Zach has been an extremely helpful resource as our businesses have some overlap. He communicates well and has been so helpful. He works hard to take care of his customers and referral partners.

Excellent service snd communication. Goes the extra mile to work with other trades and exceed client expectations. Great work ethic, reliable and high quality.

Called in Panhandle to clean out a water damaged basement so it could be waterproofed. 1 young lady, Amber, showed up. With the exception of one day having help dumping everything out, she worked by herself and did a PHENOMENAL job. Simply amazing. And Mike(sorry, i don't know the last name) was quick to respond when a hiccup developed(no fault of Amber's). If those 2 respond, you will have great work done@

Panhandle's workers were incredibly hard working and efficient. They were also very accommodating of special needs within our home. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I found this company to be very good communicators and very thorough in their scope of work. They are very competitive and offer very fair terms. They showed up when they promised and finished on time. Their workmanship is excellent as was their problem solving. Being new to the area we know we could be taking a chance using a contractor we don’t know. Zach and this company is honorable and has great integrity. We will use them in the future and would highly recommend this firm.

They also did the reconstruction after the damage. Roger Barker did a great job with the construction and painting. This company was also instrumental in finding us a plumber to fix the problem. Would highly recommend them.

The Panhandle team came and quickly evaluated the situation and made a plan of attack to mitigate and stabilize the basement issue. Then came back with a follow up plan to sanitize and rebuild the basement area. We were total satisfied with the professional job completed by PHC team.

The worker was absolutely excellent I would recommend them to anyone Johnny was excellent he made the process so easy for me. Use panhandler they are excellent my floors are phenomenal just phenomenal if you want to come out and look at my floor you are quite welcome to do so.

I only can say they were AMAZING in a time that was extremely stressful. I called and within 2 hours they were at the house. Zach went above and beyond helping with the insurance policy and walking me through the process. They were working at the house for 4 days and extremely prompt and professional! Also, trustworthy as I left the house several times. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I always call Panhandle to clean my carpets. The men are always friendly and courteous. Shane has cleaned my carpets several times and I always appreciate the good job that he does.

We had just moved to Florida and needed to have someone remove and replace bad flooring. General Manager Zach was responsive and communicated efficiently and the job was completed on time. Excellent quality of work.
