Our team performed both mitigation and reconstruction services for mold damage in a walk-in closet. The issue was discovered after a soft spot in the floor led to further inspection, revealing mold on the subfloor and within the walls. We contained the affected area, removed contaminated materials, and set up drying equipment to prevent further moisture issues. After mitigation, we reconstructed the damaged sections, replacing the subfloor, drywall, and any necessary structural elements to restore the closet to its original condition.
