Ice melted from the roof, allowing water to seep into the house. The ceiling sustained damage and buckled, and one of the walls was also affected. The impacted areas included a room above the garage, the storage area, and part of the garage. However, no flooring was damaged, as the garage floor is concrete. The section that leaked was built in 2008 in a two-story house with a crawlspace. Our team completed the mitigation, addressing the water damage and preventing further issues.
