Flash flooding last Monday(4" rainfall inless than an hour) - force of water knocked foundation block apart and ripped vapor barrier, bellywrap, affecting insulation and ductwork under the floor in double wide modular home. States no water damage to interior of home. Needs estimate to replace vapor barrier, bellywrap, insulation and duct work and foundation work if possible. Insured with American Bankers and has flood insurance.

Solutions provided:

Flash flooding caused by 4" of rainfall in less than an hour resulted in foundation block damage and the ripping of the vapor barrier and bellywrap under the floor of a double-wide modular home. The flooding affected insulation, ductwork, and the structure beneath the home, but there was no water damage inside the home. An estimate is needed to replace the vapor barrier, bellywrap, insulation, and ductwork, as well as assess the foundation for necessary repairs.
