Solutions provided:

For this project, we addressed a severe basement flooding caused by tree roots infiltrating sewage pipes on a hill, which led to a backup of 2 feet of raw sewage during heavy rain. The sewage had been pumped out overnight, and our team was brought in to clean and remediate the affected area.

We began by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the basement to remove residual sewage, contaminants, and odors. Specialized equipment was used for deep cleaning and disinfection to ensure all surfaces were restored to a safe and sanitary condition. Moisture removal and dehumidification were performed to prevent mold and further damage.

Damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, or insulation were safely removed and disposed of. Recommendations were provided for pipe repair and preventive maintenance to avoid future backups. The basement was restored to a clean and habitable state, ensuring the homeowner's safety and peace of mind.
