Solutions provided:

For this extensive fire, smoke, and water damage restoration and reconstruction, our team is addressing significant impacts to a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home with a finished basement. The fire, originating in the fireplace, caused substantial damage to the living and dining rooms, requiring removal of charred materials and preparation for full reconstruction of these areas. Additionally, the water used to extinguish the fire has caused extensive damage to the living and dining rooms and resulted in standing water in the basement.

The smoke damage has affected the remainder of the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallways. For content cleaning, we will carefully clean and restore salvageable belongings affected by soot and odor, following a detailed inventory process. Our team will use air scrubbers and dehumidifiers to remove odors and moisture, ensuring the home is fully dried and free from contaminants.

The reconstruction will include new framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes as needed to return the home to pre-loss condition. With the power currently off, we will use temporary generators to ensure our equipment can run efficiently. This comprehensive approach will restore the structural integrity, safety, and livability of the home for the homeowner.
