Randy & Kathy came into office i sat down with them. Randy's mother lives in a double wide trailer and the hot water tank has busted causing damage to the floor and dry wall. he stated when he lifted the carpet there was black stuff every were. he thinks it may be mold it may not be. wants to take a look at the toilet as well thinks there is water damage under that as well. is a really nice couple wants to be present when your there. Wants us to give Estimate then try to get started immediately. i told him to ask Bill the questions he has during the walk through.
