Why did the customer contact us?

Pipe burst in ceiling/wall Kitchen 1st floor bathroom, and Living Room carpett/Dining Room carpet affected; ceilings, unfinished basement has standing 2" of water. Spoke to customer, she is staying at deceased parents home as no heat or water now. Water knocked furnace out. Her son is mayor of burrough and had service dept shut gushing water off for her. She has spoken to Erie Insurance and they advised her to call and get property dried out.

For this project, we responded to a pipe burst that affected multiple areas of the home, including the kitchen, first-floor bathroom, living room, dining room, and unfinished basement, where 2 inches of standing water was present. The water damage extended to the ceilings and carpets. Additionally, the furnace was knocked out due to water exposure. We coordinated with the customer, who was staying at her deceased parents' home due to the lack of heat and water, and began the water mitigation process. The customer had already spoken to Erie Insurance, and we prioritized drying out the property to prevent further damage.
