For this project, we provided both water mitigation and reconstruction services following the burst water tank that flooded the finished basement. Our mitigation efforts included water extraction, drying of the affected areas, and a thorough inspection of the carpet, paneling, and contents. We also checked the unfinished portion of the basement for water intrusion. Once the area was dried and stabilized, we began reconstruction, repairing the damaged materials and restoring the basement to its pre-loss condition.
