Solutions provided:

For this project, we responded to significant water damage caused by a leak from the connection between the water heater and the pipe. The leak resulted in severe damage to the laundry room and adjacent rooms, affecting drywall, baseboards, and floors. Black mold was found in various areas due to prolonged moisture exposure. Our team addressed the mold remediation and performed mitigation services, including water extraction and drying. We also inspected the damaged contents and areas in the single-level ranch house with a ground-level basement, preparing the property for necessary reconstruction and repairs.
