Dishwasher leak from about 2 weeks ago. Fixed the problem however, unsure of leak time. Ceramic tile in the kitchen is moving when Homeowner is walking on it and squishy.

For this project, we addressed water damage caused by a dishwasher leak that had been fixed about two weeks prior. The prolonged leak had caused the ceramic tile in the kitchen to move and feel squishy underfoot. Our team assessed the extent of the damage and performed mitigation services, including moisture detection and drying. We then proceeded with reconstruction, replacing the damaged subfloor and tiles to restore the kitchen to its original condition.
