Toilet overflowed on the second floor - plumber was there and changed out the toilet and stopped the leak. Ceiling below the toilet and the living room ceiling are wet and water got on the floor. They cleaned up as much as they could.

For this project, we responded to water damage caused by a toilet overflow on the second floor. Although the plumber had replaced the toilet and stopped the leak, the ceiling below the toilet, as well as the living room ceiling, were wet, and water had reached the floor. The homeowners had cleaned up as much as possible. Our team performed mitigation services, including water extraction, drying the affected ceilings and floors, and assessing for further damage to prevent mold growth and ensure the area was properly stabilized.
