For this project, we responded to a leak from the ice maker that affected the wood flooring in the kitchen. The wood underlayment and teak floor on top had begun to warp. Despite attempts to dry the area with fans, our team stepped in to properly mitigate the damage by thoroughly drying the flooring and assessing the extent of warping. The space was stabilized, and recommendations for further repairs or replacement were provided to restore the wood flooring.
