We responded to a water intrusion issue caused by runoff from the back hill, which resulted in several inches of water accumulating in the back room. Upon arrival, we assessed the situation and identified the source of the water entering through the back door. We set up containment to prevent further water intrusion and began extracting standing water from the affected area. Our team dried the surfaces and conducted thorough sanitation to mitigate any potential contamination. This mitigation work will help prevent further damage and prepare the space for any necessary repairs.
