Why did the customer contact us?
Vacant Rental house - has heat - pipe burst between 1st & 2nd floor and ran for several days - 2nd floor room above break is a master bedroom (doesn't believe it is affected), 1st floor is a bar room (was a garage at one point) - blown in insulation and ceiling are down, walls are drywall w/ wallpaper, laminate flooring, and bar are all affected.
Solutions provided:
Our team was called to a vacant rental property where a pipe burst between the first and second floors, running for several days before discovery. The master bedroom on the second floor was assessed and determined to be unaffected, while significant damage occurred on the first floor, previously a garage now converted into a bar room. The blown-in insulation and ceiling were compromised, leading to water damage throughout the drywall and wallpapered walls. Additionally, the laminate flooring and bar area were affected. We conducted thorough water damage mitigation to remove excess moisture and prevent mold growth, ensuring the property is ready for future tenants.
