Our team arrived on site and conducted a walkthrough with the customer to assess the damage. After obtaining the necessary Work Authorization and RTK, we began by placing floor protection and setting up containment using 3 tension poles and 2 zippers. Wearing full PPE, we carefully removed the baseboards, crown, and window trim, along with the affected drywall and insulation. The floors and wall cavities were thoroughly cleaned and treated with a botanical-grade antimicrobial to prevent mold growth. Throughout the process, we updated demo sheets, equipment lists, psychometric readings, and the moisture map to ensure precise monitoring and effective mitigation.
